Denise says: "This highly polished 30mm cabochon of a dragon is made entirely of polymer clay - no paints. I used a mix of seed bead sizes - 11 black seed beads, antique color-lined beads, size 8 and 15 seed beads in peyote, and right-angle weave stitches. I back my work with ultra suede. I used Onyx to make the necklace. Sterling Silver twisted tubes and hook and eye clasp complete the necklace.
Dragons traditionally symbolize potent and auspicious powers, particularly control over water, rainfall, typhoons, and floods. It is also a symbol of power, strength, and good luck."
