Lana`i Pineapple Tea Towel, Pink

Mahalo for supporting a Native Hawaiian artist.

This iconic design is original artwork by Lana'i artist Kendra Medeiros.  She was inspired by the islandʻs pineapple plantation history that started in the early 1900ʻs.  Its peak years steadily produced most of the worldʻs suppy.  Plantation life drew in many foreign laborers and in return shaped Hawai`iʻs unique culture and diversity.
